I'm really impressed by the response of the last post although it's among my friends but it made me proud and realised that i can bring awareness to people if i really want to help society. Well, it was partly my intention to bring awareness. I want to make a change in people's mind especially when society is being pressed to be a size 0.
All i can say is, have a healthy diet and exercise regularly.
You MUST always balance them!
No point cutting down meals and starve yourself and not exercise
cuz you'll end up skinny-fat. NOT HEALTHY!
A small exercise like walking is a good start.
Helping/cleaning around the house is a good start.
If you feel some heat exerting while doing something, even there's no sweat,
you are burning some calories!
As for me, i'm just in agony of getting my stamina back and making myself feel real good.
That's the side effect of an athlete who hasn't been training for years,
building a stamina of 3 months only to loose it in 3 days.
I'm a size 10, like to stay that way and hope to stay it that way.!


Size 10 is the new size 2 people!!~
