THE ENGAGEMENT

Just came back from Melbourne not long ago and i must say, i had the best four starting days ever. My dad came for a surprise visit which made things sweeter. It was the first family winter, drinking wine sitting in the family room with the fire lighted to keep us warm while listening to jazz. Honestly, i thought i was dreaming. Met the new Nelson member, Lola and of course met my other side of the family ~ the in-laws. Awesome people i must say.

That's Lola..she's 4 months old and she's as big as Poochie(the spoodle) who's 4 years old.

I hate saying goodbyes in the end, makes me wanna stay so much more. Aside from the meltdown on the very last day (it's a never ending ritual) and feeling lonely and isolated, now that my mr.x is the last puzzle to solve picture perfect, and of course those insecurities and what not, i suppose it was a fair ride for me.

One thing i've learnt, 'east meets west' is never an easy term to catch up with when a person opposes to it.

Sometimes, people just need to open up and listen to what others got to say
But at times, it's really good to think before you act.
